Install EcoStruxure IT Gateway on Windows - Install Fails

Hello,

We need an older or alternative EcoStruxure IT Gateway installer.

The current installer EcoStruxure IT Gateway 2.2.0.16 fails on Windows 10 and also on a clean Windows 10 virtual machine.

The installation fails during the post-install step:
"Failed to configure gateway application"

PostgreSQL files are copied and the data directory is initialized, but the installer does not start PostgreSQL correctly. When we manually run pg_ctl.exe from an elevated CMD, PostgreSQL starts and listens on port 5432, but the installer still rolls back and removes the files.

Could you please provide another Gateway version, for example 2.1.x or 1.23.1.10, or a fixed installer?

Also have the same problem as comment above and I see no answer to the issue.

Please reach out to technical support to investigate this issue as log files will likely need to be analyzed.  We do not ask for log files within the community for security reasons (IP Addresses, etc) that may be contained within the log files.
