Importing users from an Authentication Server into DCE Issue

Dear Gents,

In one of our projects, I'm trying to add an authentication server to get all customer groups/users into DCE/DCO.
And after configuring the authentication server, I can see all groups and users and after choosing some of groups and users to be added to DCE I found that only the groups can be added to DCE but the users not added.I can see LDAP users and choose from them But they were not added to DCEOnly Groups can be imported to DCE
The LDAP specialist was involved in the authentication server configuration process and he couldn't figure out what is the issue.
Please advice

It's resolved, Just the group can be added to the DCE without showing the inside users but these users can access the system normally with their credentials.
