IT Advisor First time setup cloud SAAS

Morning all,

I am having issues with setting up IT Advisor Hosted solution.

I have received the voucher and activated this and have my Activation ID.

I have then gone to Devices and selected "Add New Device" and then for product name selected  "Ecostruxure ITA Advisor SAAS Hosted".

For the device ID i have named this

"MyCompanyITASAAS"

What i do not know is what to put in the  "Standalone Device" field it needs something for me to proceed?

I do not have ITA installed anywhere at present so i don't know where i am getting this information from? It mentioned a MAC address but i do not have one to give - also with this being cloud hosted why does it want a MAC address from me?

I do however already have IT Expert that is hosted in the cloud and i do have access to this through the Ecostruxure IT portal - is there something from within here i need to reference in the Device ID field?

Any information on this is really appreciated im desperate to get moving with this installation.

'Device ID' (or Server ID), you can find this after the installation of your ITA:

in ITA web-client, Configuration > Subscription page:
