Feature request: introduce the ability to send DCE notifications to messengers

I would like to draw your attention to the fact that even DCE-9.x still has a big gap in the methods of sending notifications compared to other monitoring systems. I mean that over the past 20 years of DCE development and evolution, the methods of sending notifications have remained unchanged, and unfortunately there is still no messengers. Accordingly, for example, I have to deploy a separate server that receives alert xml files from the DCE server either via HTTP POST or FTP and then, using simple wrappers, sends notifications either to Signal, Slack or Teams and Jira. If DCE could do this "out of the box", it would be an effective modernization of this monitoring software, similar to how it is done in the same Zabbix, where there are already about thirty methods of sending notifications.
