Error access Data Center Expert

Please, we need your help. We've lost connection with the Data Center Expert software. We've tried restarting, but the following screen appears, asking for root credentials.

Hello @caroll,

As @tjlaw recommends, please reach out to technical support to discuss.  It appears that your file system may be corrupted somehow and likely you will need to do a reinstall and bring in a backup.  They should be able to confirm that is needed and provide you with the needed files and steps to get back up and running via a reinstall and restoring a backup.
