Email alert is not attaching the photo

After migration of the firmware from version (5.3.5.434) to the lates version (5.5.0.187) we still receive the email but for some reason the update was affecting the process and eliminate or remove the attached photo wen the alert was configure to receive the MOTION - NetBotz 755 Motion detected on camera name, can you help us on this issue.

Yes, engineering is making progress on this issue. I will update you when I know more. 
It is likely that the fix will be in an upcoming software version.
