Hi,

EcoStruxure IT - Alarm notifications - Selecting location

When selecting the location under:

Select which location alarms you want to be notified about.

Instead of adding one single folder that was selected, multiple folders (more than 30 folders) are added, making it more difficult to select the desired folder. I have to individually delete over 30 folders and leave the one I really need.

We can investigate. It would be helpful if you could provide a bit more information, please. What type of locations did you choose?

Hi Jackie,

Let's say I pick the folder for New York only, multiple folders get automatically added from different countries, so I have to delete all the other folders except New York.
