We are currently in the process of renewing our DCIM subscription but received some internal feedback(concerns) regarding Schneider Electric's Errors and Omissions (E&O) coverage on their DCIM software.
Basically, an E&O insurance policy is a form of professional liability insurance that protects both the Service/Software provide and the customer against defects, omissions, or errors.
This seems to be an industry standard for software or SaaS providers. However, I am not sure where I can go to get this information or document.
Hence, posting this here and hoping that someone might know.

Hello Kt.
Schneider-Electric does have E&O (Professional Liability) insurance but the contract(s) are specific to country or the region. These contracts are not shared publicly. I would recommend you contact the Schneider sales team for your region. They will need to work with their regional legal team to follow the steps needed to share such a contract with you.
Regards
Greg Sterling
