Does anyone have stats in the newly release Equipment Refresh section of the Reports page?
Here's what I have showing for one site:
In this site's case, there is an SMT1500C that was placed into service at the end of November 2019 (Manufacture date: 06/18/2019). The extended warranty expired last year (2025). The battery was last replaced - under warranty - at the end of January 2023.
On the device summary page, the stats are clear:
I just don't understand how this can NOT be an item that requires a refresh, when the "Recommended Replace Date" is 03/22/2027 (corresponding to the initial alert).
So, does anyone have data in that Refresh pod? Is there some secret to getting the information depicted?
