Data Center Expert 7.9.3 Camera question

I work for the Port of Seattle. We are attempting to get out DCE back up and running.

Is there an app that can assist in finding and setting up cameras for DCE 7.9.3?

I have access to the web interface but the interface is unable to connect to any of our cameras.

Also, I previously used a different interface when working with DCE than the web interface. The other interface allowed more options. Is that interface only available on the server DCE has been installed on?

Hi @Cook,

Log in to the DCE web client and download the desktop client from the menu at the top. 

7.9.3 is quite old - sorry, I don't have a screenshot.

Once you download the desktop client, use it to log in to your DCE server. You'll be able to see the monitored NetBotz appliances and cameras from there. Please request support if you need assistance.

The current version of DCE is 9.1. You might consider upgrading to take advantage of new features, updated security, and a new, easier to manage subscription licensing model. You'll need to contact support for assistance.
