DDF fails when adding APC Smart UPS 1500VA to DCE

Hi Team,

Kindly I keep getting this alarm after adding the ups communication card to DCE, I have tried to reinstall DDF for the specific UPS but still not sorted.

Please assist.

This is not a DDF-file or device problem. There is a standard solution for this error, which is described in detail in Data Center Expert | Alarm "Device status may be inaccurate due to attempt to transfer DDF failed".
