Hi Colleagues,
I am facing a challenge Backing Up DCE v9.1.0 via NFS.
I successfully ran an NFS Backup on the same DCE while it was on v8.3.0 however after upgrading to DCE v9.1.0, the Backup is failing to complete.
The Share Folder has enough storage space however i have cleared old backups to create more space. The Back up settings Mount successfully however when I start the Backup it fails after running for several minutes. I have Rebooted the DCE Server and also tried different types of Backups which all eventually fail.
I would appreciate any guidance to resolve this issue.
NB: FIPS mode is not enabled.
Thank you in advance!

Dear @Mr._T,
I also recently upgraded from DCE 8.3.0 > 9.0.0 > 9.1.0. However, in my case, backups to the NFS resource continue to run normally without any issues. Can you check the log files directly on the NFS server?
With best regards.

Hello, when the backup fails does it report that it has failed or does the backup seem to be in a frozen state? The release notes for 9.1.0/9.1.1 make note of changes that were intended to help with backup related issues but this sounds like this could be different, especially since backups were working in 8.3.0. Based on this type of issue it may be helpful for you to call the Schneider Electric CCC team to report this issue and troubleshoot the problem. Thank you.
