DCE 8.3.0 Unable to create/edit Dashboards in web client

Since upgrading to DCE 8.3.0 we cannot rename existing dashboards. We are also unable to create new dashboards. It allows us to type in a name, but not change the number of columns, or the owner. The "Save" button remains grayed out. Anyone else experiencing this?

There is known issue in the 8.3.0 web client regarding dashboard access that was recently discovered.

Only local users or individual AD/LDAP users have access to create or edit dashboards in the web client.

Create and edit options are not available for users who are only part of a remote AD/LDAP group. This will be addressed in a future release. 

I added this to known issues.

Any updates or fixes for this? We only use Local Users and none of them have the ability to create/edit or view dashboards. We've even created new local users. Still broken.
