I'm facing a problem separating servers for clients within ITA. I can separate an entire rack for a client without any problems. However, I can't leave the rack without a specific client and just place the servers inside the rack for the clients, allowing me to have the same rack for n different clients. Even though the option appears within ITA, it doesn't save when I select it.

Hi Silviolcf,

That's correct — it works as intended/designed. Currently, the space within a rack cannot be shared among multiple customers.

However, starting from version 9.5.3, a new feature will introduce Compartment Cabinets (a new Genome item), allowing you to assign specific compartments to different customers. This means you'll be able to allocate assets, servers, or U-positions within a single rack to multiple customers.
