Assigning SSO users to acknowledge alarms in EcoStruxre IT

Most of the users that are using EcoStruxure IT use SSO to access the application.  However, i cannot seem to assign alerts to those SSO users.  Is there something i am missing?  If so, can somebody please explain how to do it?

Hi @Matt13,

It is not currently possible for SSO users to be assigned within Alarm Acknowledgement.  I have forwarded your enhancement request to the product manager.
