Ampace Lithium-ion Battery Systems: I can't find either a DDF file or confirmation of support under IT Expert?

Dear support,

After searching for several days, unfortunately, I still can’t find either a Data Center Expert DDF file or confirmation of support under IT Expert for Ampace Lithium-ion Battery Systems.

For example, we recently commissioned an Easy UPS 3-Phase Modular (EMUPS50K250QBHS) UPS with a single 3rd-party Ampace lithium battery cabinet:

Schneider Commercial Reference: LIBAMP2W11X104P

Ampace Product Model: U-S563104SA1

And now we have an urgent need to set up monitoring for the aforementioned Ampace lithium battery cabinet.
