Muchas gracias.

Saludos

Hello @Fgrieco,

Without more in-depth troubleshooting, I can only refer to an issue that I saw once with another customer. Please go back in with apcsetup and verify that for hostname, you have a valid (not mis-spelled) and fully qualified domain name (FQDN). I've seen this issue happen in a prior case when the name was not set correctly. Other than that, I'd suggest verifying the private LAN connection actually communicates as an invalid NIC could be the issue here as well.

If neither helps, I don't ask for server logs on the forum so I would suggest contacting tech support directly.

Thanks,
Steve

Muchas gracias Steve.

Muchas gracias.

Cordiales saludos.

i would suggest setting the private lan to a non-overlapping ip segment such as 172.x.x.x instead of using a 192.168 range.  Then try changing the subnet mask.

If you're not going to use DHCP, you would probably be better off just keeping everything on the public lan and not use the private lan at all since it is not a dual hosted network and the private lan is instead behind a private proxy that routes traffic from the public lan through it.

Instead, just create a private vlan for your devices, set up firewall rules to limit traffic and possibly a jump host for web browsing.

Hola @ATrabert. Muchas gracias.

Saludos.

I believe the issue is still that you set the public lan to 192.168 then enabled the private lan which caused the overlap and is preventing DCE from updating it.  Instead set the public lan to something other than 192.168, fix the private lan to be the correct subnet via desktop client, then you can go back and set them both to 192.168.

It's still not really the ideal way to use DCE, especially if dhcp is disabled, but it could be done this way.  Per Steve's suggestion, are you using a valid fqdn/domain (eg a .com domain instead of something like .local)
