We are integrating AKCP SensorProbeX+ devices into EcoStruxure IT Expert using generic SNMP discovery.
IT Expert is via the gateway discovering threshold/min/max-related SNMP objects as if they were live sensor values, which generates false alarms.
According to the device library it should be supported.
We do not have any option in the UI to inspect OIDs, disable individual datapoints, or exclude threshold/configuration objects.
Can you adjust this at the backend, provide a device profile for AKCP SPX+, or suggest a supported workaround ?
Thank you,
Johan Duchateau

Hello Johan,
I am the DDF engineer for the DCE and ITE products. Could you please submit a case for this issue using the link below:
https://app.ecostruxureit.com/request/
You will want to use the DDF form. If you could please provide me with the case number you are assigned, I can take over the case and we can continue communication there.
Regards,
Nick
