Hi everyone! I'm working on a project to send Geoscada alerts via a script to an application called Pushbullet. I've run several tests by executing the script directly in the development environment, and it works. However, when I generate alerts in Geoscada, I get the message "system call credentials are invalid (logon failed)." My Windows username and password are correct, and the user account has all permissions enabled. But when I checked the Windows Event Logs, it shows an event with ID 4673 pointing to ViewX.exe. Any suggestions on what I can do?

Geo SCADA's 2025 release includes native Python running on the server - this has managed credentials so it does not need to be coded with a Windows or Geo SCADA password.

Alternatively, server-side system commands have credentials stored by the server in Server Config. (The user has to have Log On As A Service privilege - check documentation - F1 'System Commands').

If you run a .exe from a ViewX script, it will run using the same user account as ViewX.

Hi Steve!!, it's good to have news from you, there's an importan topic is that I'm not using the native python in geo scada instead I'm using vs code, in my code I'm not using any windows or geo scada credentials. I found in a help section that I need to put my windows credential to enable the system calls in the server configuration (image below).

I already checked the user priviligies, my user has log on as a Service privilege active.

Hi everybody, I tried with another laptop (an external computer) without security policies or restrictions, but the result is the same.  I'm still getting the credentials problem. By the way, the last version of geo scada is running in both laptops. Any suggestion? I'll apreciate any help.
