Issue
User is unable to remove existing registration details (such as Building or Company name) in WorkStation (Enterprise Central / Server). The fields can be edited but not cleared.

Cause
Registration details are linked to the system ID and cannot be removed independently.
Resolution
Reset the System ID to clear the registration details:
After resetting the System ID, close the WorkStation and reopen it. The registration details will be cleared.
