Issue
The wall-mounted sounder does not activate when the input module is triggered through the beam detector output, even though the panel correctly enters an alarm condition.

Cause
A firmware-related issue in MCU version 24.11.6.g (EFO variant, where “G” denotes the EFO version) prevents the wall sounder from activating when the input module is triggered via a beam detector output. This issue occurs even though the fire detection panel correctly processes the alarm condition and the sounder control group is properly configured.
Resolution
Update the panel MCU firmware to version 24.5.5.f (without EFO version) or later.
