Tunnel clients for I/A Series R2 do not operate correctly on Windows 7 64-bit or newer platforms.

Cause
The original tunnel client components were not designed for compatibility with 64-bit Windows operating systems.
Resolution
- Use AxTunnelClients instead of legacy tunnel clients.
- Download and install the updated jar files provided in the attached tunnelAx-2.301.534a - R2 Software.zip.
