Cause
Humidity calibration and offset functionality for SpaceLogic sensors is not supported in earlier versions of EcoStruxure Building Operation. The calibration offset property for relative humidity was introduced in EBO 2023(5.0) and is unavailable in older releases.
Resolution
Upgrade EcoStruxure Building Operation and associated SpaceLogic IP controller firmware to a supported version that includes humidity calibration functionality.
Once upgraded to EBO 2023 or later (with compatible firmware), the humidity calibration offset property becomes available and can be adjusted as required.
