Cause
Connected Devices are not included within any system tier. They are licensed separately and purchased based on the total number required for the system.
Resolution
The selected tier determines the software capabilities available on the site and influences the required part numbers.
Connected Devices (CDs) are licensed separately from the Essential, Advanced, and Advanced Plus tiers. Purchase Connected Devices in packs of 10 according to the total number required for the system.
System sizing should then be completed by determining the required Enterprise Central, Enterprise Server, Automation Servers, and Connected Devices. The EcoStruxure Power & Building Software Companion can be used to build the system and generate the appropriate part numbers and bill of materials.
