Issue
EcoStruxure Fire Expert Cloud services license activation, the user is unable to find their name in the drop-down list when attempting to activate the license.

Cause
The activation request was submitted using a different user’s name or email ID. As a result, the intended user is not available in the drop-down list during license activation.
Resolution

Ensure the license activation request is submitted using the correct user name and email ID.
The user who requires access must raise the request themselves. -
Log in to EcoStruxure Fire Expert.

Click Get License.

Select the appropriate license.

After the request is approved, click Activate.

Once the request has been submitted and approved using the correct user credentials, the user will appear in the drop‑down list and the license activation can be completed successfully.
