Issue
Loop Explorer (LE2) configuration software showing license expired and all the options are not working (like transfer configuration).

Environment
Loop Explorer 2 (LE2) Configuration software.
Cause
The LE2 software was unable to validate the current license status using the locally stored license information. Updating the license information from the licensing server restored access to the restricted functions.
Resolution
To update the Esmi Ultima Loop explorer configuration software (LE2) license credentials:
- Connect the PC running LE2 software to the internet.
- Open the LE2 software.
- Navigate to the Help tab.
- Click Update.
- In the update window, select the License tab.
- Review the displayed license login credentials.
- Click Check Now.
- The software will automatically check for an available license update and update the license information if required.
- Confirm that the license expiry message is no longer displayed and that previously unavailable functions, such as configuration transfer, can be accessed and used successfully.
If the update does not complete successfully, verify internet connectivity and contact local Product Support for further assistance.
