Cause
Both demo licenses and engineering licenses are currently tracked under the DemoLicense category. This is the expected behavior as confirmed by the product team.
Resolution
This behavior is expected and does not indicate a defect.
To verify installed licenses:
- Check licensingmetadata to view installed licenses
- Demo licenses are listed under clientmetadata
- Engineering licenses are listed under servermetadata
The appearance of engineering licenses under the demo license icon does not impact system functionality or license validation.
