Issue
Alarm events were visible in Security Expert Workstation and areas entered alarm state correctly, but intrusion alarm reports were not received by the monitoring station through the Contact ID service. Area arm and disarm events were received successfully.

Cause
Alarm reporting flags are disabled for the Input Type assigned to the affected inputs. The Input Types had the relevant reporting flags, including alarm reporting, disabled.
As a result, inputs could generate local alarms and place areas into alarm but Contact ID alarm reporting was not generated for those inputs.
Resolution
Verify the Input Types assigned to the alarm points and confirm the reporting settings under Input Type → Options (1) → Reporting Options. Enable the required alarm reporting options for the affected Input Types.
Validation can be performed by confirming that intrusion alarm events are received by the monitoring station after the reporting options are enabled.
