Hello all,
I have multiple AS-P/AS-B's (v3.2.3.59 & v3.2.1.2000) which I'm attempting to connect to a IT managed network. Every time we attempt to connect an AS to the network, it is not broadcasting its MAC to the switch therefore the IT department cannot add it to the network. I'm at the conclusion its a config issue on the CISCO switches. Any advise would be appreciated.
Switches in use: Cisco 2960, 3650, 9300 and 9606

A stand alone AS-P server, with a fixed IP address does not send out anything on the IP network. If you need the AS-P server to send out some traffic, you could define a NTP server, that generates traffic when time is synchronized.
