it is SRT3000RMXLA-NC

Its an old unit and the com port is not working and I'm trying to get the firmware upgraded and read somewhere that v2.20 can do it via Ethernet.

You will need to try a lot harder by providing more specific information. Are you looking for firmware for the NMC 2 / NMC 3?!?

Are you looking for the UPS Firmware?!?

Are you having connectivity issues with PCBE, PCSS, PCNS, SNMP, Other?!?!

Provide a screen capture from the Network Management Card under the About for both UPS & N M C. 

Lastly, upload the following logs for review in their entirety minus any (PI) information: Event, Data, UPS, Diagnostics.

Olá. não estou conseguindo atualizar o nobreak para a versão nova 15-0.enc atualmente estou na versão Atual UPS 08.1 (ID1003). Tento atualizar via (Firmware Upgrade Wizard) porém quando sigo em frente o software desliga o nobreak. O que fazer?

UPS ID 1003 does not support output (On) during a firmware upgrade. As such what you’re seeing is normal and expected behaviour.

Schedule this task during a maintenance window to reduce the impact on the business.

As stated previously all of the outputs must be turned off which includes the Main / Master / Grouped Outlets.

You must use the supplied RJ50 -> RS-232 (DB9) Serial cable that came with the system or one you bought / made that’s been validated as working.

I can't enable the serial interface of the UPS display because the option doesn't appear. It's just the. What could be happening that the Update Interface option does not appear on the UPS display?

A: If I understand you correctly your asking how to enable the ports for firmware upgrade?!?! If so you must first change the LCD Display from Standard to Advanced.

Once that has been done you will be able to see and enable / disable the following communication ports: USB, Serial, Modbus, NMC
