battery replacement

I have an APC UPS in the office.  the only identification on the box is ID 28-29-86-34-B1-4C and Product Key 8D 004D-226A-8AC2

message on the box says that the battery is at the end of life.  Is there a replacement battery or do I have to replace the whole unit?

The UPS SKU will be affixed on the back, bottom, top of the unit. You may also just provide a photo of all three sides including the front of the unit. If you remove the (RBC) Replacement Battery Cartridge it will indicate what RBC it is to order / replace.
