Hello,
I bought the APC BXMI2200VA model recently and It shipped 100% full when I plug it into my pc and check with powerchute, I see that it shows as 100%.
Than I made a test with only modem router connected which is comsuming 12W it shows 0 load on app and for estimated time it says 67 minutes. Even on the box it says with 40W it should run 174 minutes which is 3 time longer then my app says. What can be the problem? Does it needs to discharge and charge couple times to give exact time output or does it have a minimum watt level for draining?

Both the wattage and runtime displayed are (estimates) and not based on actual factual data.
The minimum load is approximately 120 watts before the system will reflect something coming close to reality. Place a known load you’ve validated say 500 - 1500 watt light, heater, etc
The reported wattage & current will become more accurate vs a very low load such as your modem.
NOTE: APC does not use high accuracy (wide range) CT / shunt resistors to measure the amperage / current in their systems! 🤦♂️
