Smart-ups SRT5kXLt Outlet Shuts off on battery and delayed restart

We have 2 SRT5kXLT UPS units set up in a redundant set up with the same firmware 15.1(ID1013) and matching AP9641 NMC3 cards installed running the same version su 2.5.5.1. One unit will drop the power on output 1 when it switches to battery power after about 2 minutes and it takes at least 10 minutes to restore power. All of the power shedding setting are disabled. I have tried hard resetting the NMC both embedded and installed, replaced the AP9641, "dead" reset, and re-flashing firmware but nothing seems to clear the bug. It also does not report the change from off to on or vise versa in the log when this occurs.

Are the connected loads exactly the same in this redundant setup?!?! If they are what is the wattage on each output.

On the working system what does the system indicate as the operational runtime with the existing load? What does the system indicate as the power and VA drawn?

Compare that to the problem unit as my expectation is the value will be different.

What do both systems indicate as the battery installation date vs actual replacement? Have / are both systems deployed at the same time along with RBC change over?

All of these basic questions need to be answered and qualified!

When the output group was active the loads were virtually identical. The shut off would display the relative transfer of load onto the other unit. Unfortunately, the problem unit revealed further problems, as it now was not providing stable power to the front control panel and is displaying a transformer error. It was shut down with the load moved as we look to repair/replace options. It seems the issue was probably a early sign of the bigger problem.
