I have been trying to register my product for warranty purposes, but the process keeps failing. I can't find any other way to add the device to my account.

You’ll need to wait a few days / weeks for the people at APC / Schneider to fix everything they broke since the last update to their website. 🤦♂️
I highly suggest you contact APC Technical Support so they can track this issue.
Otherwise it will go unresolved forever! 🤢
