Need Galaxy 300 firmware package for AP9631: apc_hw05_aos650_g300650_bootmon108.exe
Hi Schneider Electric Community,
I need help obtaining the correct firmware package for an AP9631 Network Management Card used in a Galaxy 300 / Galaxy MEG 300 UPS.
The card was accidentally flashed by a colleague with the wrong firmware package:
apc_hw05_aos722_sumx722_bootmon109
This appears to be the Smart-UPS SUMX application firmware and is not correct for our Galaxy 300 UPS. Because of this, the management card no longer communicates correctly with the UPS through the web interface.
From the Schneider documentation/forum references I found, the correct firmware package should be:
