Missing input frequency in PCSS

Since upgrade from PCBE to PCSS, I cannot find anymore input frequency.

Neither in status page, nor in logs.

I tried switching forth and back between the two, and it's the same.

In PCBE I can see it, in PCSS not.

I suggest you contact APC Technical Support to track this specific issue. Report back the final outcome once known.

I asked. They suspect a compatibility issue between old device (it's a Smart-UPS 1000) and new software, and promised to investigate further.

Now I'm waiting, I hope it will be fixed in a new release.

What is the exact UPS SKU model number for your system?!? The Smart-UPS is a generic name for all units in the series.

Lastly, what are the results of installing APC PCSS on a computer system with English language OS?!?

Please validate this and report back your findings.

Appreciate you testing that out in the English version of Windows.

Please do circle back if and when APC provides an updated version to address this very specific problem.
