Low voltage and Es 350G

This was originally posted on APC forums on 9/14/2011

I purchase the above battery back because the voltage at home is low. Whenever I turn on any appliance such as my iron or electric heater the light dim. This cause problem for my desktop. Unfortunately the back up battery doesn't seem to correct this.

Unfortunately, this is the smallest/basic unit we make so it may not have the features you are looking for. This unit will help protect against surges and short power outages, but won't help with any low voltage issues. Based on your post, I'm not sure that is your issue though. What kind of voltages are you getting?
