How do I return my old battery for recycling

I am trying to find an address or label to return my old UPS battery for recycling.  The links on APC.com and se.com and bogus and do not provide accurate information.  The link on se.com, RBC Recycling leads to something called XCarrier.com but you cannot create an account or get past their sign in page.  The last time I had to replace my battery I got a free label with the address to ship my old battery to.  Now I cannot find an address or any other information.

Based on reports from several APC customers it appears APC / SE has stopped providing this Green service?!?! 🤦‍♂️

You would be better served by dropping the expired cells at any recycling facility: Automotive, Walmart, Best Buy, Costco, Staples, etc

Probably used the same line of thinking that ended the TradeUPS program:  people were undoubtedly not purchasing APC products as their replacement batteries, but continued to use the known userid/password to recycle dead batteries.

I actually called Sales who then connected me with someone who knew how to initiate the Xcargo return service and sent me an email  return shipping label.  Problem solved.  My grateful THANK YOU to the young man who knew how to make the system work correctly.
