I have a APS Back-UPS RS model with a faulty battery, and I have been trying to find the correct battery model to replace it. This UPS unit was bought in September 2009.
When I called Schneider Electric (Singapore) to find out which battery model I should purchase, they requested a RBC number (RBC#). I have been looking for the RBC number on my APC unit as well as on the faulty battery pack, but I cannot find it.
I hope that experienced users here can give me an idea of what the correct replacement model number is.
The purchase information of the UPS unit is as follows:
APC Back-UPS RS
1500VA / 865W
Input 230V / Output 230V
