I have an ES 350 that recently lost power to the Battery Backup and Surge Protector half of the unit (while still plugged in), but the other half that is the Surge Protector only, still provides power. It beeps when turned on, but doesn't beep anytime after and the Battery Fail Light is not on. Any suggestions of what it might be?
Model # is BE35OU
Thanks in advance!

Thank you for the quick response.
To answer your first question, you are correct. We might have had a blackout or surge over the weekend due to large storms Friday-Saturday. We shut everything down before we left, anticipating it. When we brought everything back up Monday morning, everything we had plugged into the Battery Backup/Surge half would not turn on.
We currently don't have an extra battery on hand to try out. I've pushed the circuit breaker button next to it, but nothing happens. When I push the power button, it beeps, the green power light comes on, I hear a click and it turns off. No other lights or on and I don't hear any other noises besides what I just described.
I hope this helps.

If you do not have a spare APC battery on your end to do the testing, it is best for you to replace the UPS itself. Based from the UPS behavior that you have said, what you have right now is a faulty UPS.
If you are looking at getting a new UPS you can avail of our TradeUPS wherein you will be able to purchase a brand new UPS on a discounted price. To know more about the program feel free to contact our APC Customer Care Center Hotline.
