Disable the battery backup alarms when the PC is in hibernation not working
Good day. I have a Back-UPS BGM1500B and am running PCPE 3.1 on Windows 10.
From the UPS front panel, I've noticed that the audible alarms are disabled even when the time of day is outside the period in which they should be disabled and the pc running PCPE is running.
I experimented a little to see if PCPE was actually enforcing the settings and concluded that it does disable the alarms at 11PM however it does not re-enable them at 7AM (if windows is actually running) nor does it re-enable them if the pc is started after 7AM but before 11PM. I also modified the "or between the hours of" to 9AM and 11AM to monitor the behavior, left the pc running and sure enough, at 9AM, the audible alarms were disabled but at 11AM they were not enabled (the pc was up the entire time).
Has anyone else noticed these symptoms and/or can suggest a fix?

Hi @kaytesp. Thank you for sharing this experience with us, I personally haven't used this setting before. Have you tried opening a ticket with our Tech Support team?
From the PCPE interface, will you be able to share the UPS firmware and also the exact build of the operating system by using the winver command from the command prompt?
