Hi all,
I'm installing my first APC's that connect into the Smart Connect portal and I'm struggling to see where in the portal you can disable the audible alarm, can anyone point me in the right direction?
UPS in question is a SCL500RMI1UC
Thanks,
Dan

Audible alarm can be disabled via NMC if present or APC Power Chute Software (PCSS).
I do not see that option in APC Smart Connect Portal Service?!?! 🤦♂️

Thanks Teken, the unit we have is the SCL500RMI1UC, as far as I can see that means we have to use the Smart Connect Portal?
I wonder, if we used PCSS and made changes there, would they then 'survive' being connected to the Smart Connect Portal which we'd want to use for alerting and monitoring? Assuming traditional NMC isn't an option?

Yes the user defined options and changes via PCSS will survive when connected to APC Smart Connect.
