Device Sharing
We have multiple members of our team that need to monitor and manage our devices, can we have multiple team members do this? We have tried share all 165 devices, but the user never got the email with the code to accept the shared devices? How long should this take? so far device sharing hasn't given us what we are looking for.

It should only take a few seconds to receive the shared request email. I suggest you contact APC Technical Support in your area to assist and track this issue.
I’ll never understand why any one or company would rely on a cloud service not in their direct control?!?! 🤦♂️ While also having to pay someone endlessly for a subscription that offers subpar service and management.
Why anyone would risk the most important infrastructure (Power Management) to someone else???
If the units have a Smart Slot for a NMC it would be a very wise decision to use that local solution instead vs APC Smart Connect Cloud Portal Services.
