BN1500M2 does not stay on durring power outages F06 code.

I am trying to figure out how to get warranty support. I have taken the battery out and reset it once. When we had another power event a month later it did the same thing and game a F06 error code. I was trying to protect my installs from corruption, but this unit is not doing it's job. How do I solve this. Purchased 3.16.2025 it says it has a 3 year warranty. Do I contact Microcenter the place of purchase or is there a different place for this problem. only ever had a 300ish watt load.
