Hello I bought the APC BGM2200B-GR. almost 2 months ago last night the avr turned on for the first time and now it won't stop activating it stays on for about 20-30 min then stops for 2-3 and the activates again any idea why that happens sensitivity is set at medium and the only things plug in are my pc and a monitor the load never goes over 25%

The AVR circuit engages when the input line voltage is above / below the systems defined value.
There are no adjustable settings to the end user on the this specific model APC UPS. The sensitivity value defines when the system will go into battery only mode as such has no impact on the AVR circuit.
If the AVR circuit has engaged it simply means the local input voltage (power) is not in the acceptable range and thus working as expected to provide clean output voltage (power) to your connected loads.
You may refer to the full user manual to affirm there are no AVR settings available in this model:
NOTE: In rare cases you may see an option not available in APC Power Chute. As such, would ask you to connect the unit to a system running the same to see if there is a (Transfer Voltage) option to define both upper / lower input voltages.

Thank you for the answer is it okey though to use the ups and leave it plugged in or should I not use it. I read it shouldn't be active frequently because the ups will degrade faster

From a technical standpoint the unit is designed to operate in all modes from battery only vs AVR.
As it relates to the AVR circuit the system is simply tapping into a different point in the transformer to output high vs low voltage output as such Ideally can operate in this mode indefinitely.
What can wear out are the relays and more often than not the end user will see and experience a relay weld fault at some point in time. All relays have a defined cycle life as to open / close before they begin to fail. In normal operational circumstances that is many years of service for the end user. Keep in mind this is separate from contact arcing which is caused by pitting, corrosion, from rapid activation of open / close state.
If in your environment the system is simply transferring from online to AVR in a controlled fashion nothing to worry about in the big picture.
If however the system is rapidly switching over in any mode (Battery Only / AVR) than it’s best to shutdown the connected loads and power down the UPS and remove AC Mains from the unit.

Hello again I was observing the ups to see what is going on for some weird reason the avr is activating only on 0 load when I turn on my pc after a couple of minutes it's stops also there are a few time that it's the avr in on and off for a very short amount of time

I would ask you to provide the following logs from APC Power Chute Software (PCSS) in its entirety minus any (PII) data;
Event, Data, UPS, Diagnostics
You may refer to this APC FAQ as to the steps to complete this task:

Please also include a screen capture from PCSS for Event / Data for the last 50 events for quick review.

Hello please completely disregard my previous reply I thought that the avr turn on because I'm out of the house most of the day but I had a day off yesterday and the avr was turning on and off from 8 am to 5 pm and then it stopped turn on. The only real problem is that it started interfering why my sleep due to how loud it is but the time frame is specific so maybe it is an outlet problem. Also is there a problem if turn it off and live it plugged in the wall so can sleep?

Turning the unit off is entirely up to you and what works in your environment. You haven’t provided the requested logs as they would certainly indicate your site is experiencing dirty power / power fluctuations.
