Authorized Return Service Tag

Hi.

I purchased several new battery replacement modules from a third party resellers in Canada and I need to ship back my old batteries. The problem is that I got U.S.’s Authorized Return Service Tag instead of Canadian’s one. Can I use them to return my old batteries or do I need to pay for my return?

I would recommend calling support or emailing support requesting the tags. Normally they can be returned to the facility in Mississauga, but they can also be recycled locally through RBRC.com
