Hi,
I recently bought APC Back BR1500G-GR, 1500VA, 865W. Since day one AVR+system event icons start to flash couple times a day along with 3 irritating beeps every minute. Manual says nothing about this error and I failed to find a way to silence it except for disconnecting the device from power. Voltage is fine, stable at 235V (I'm in EU). I contacted local SE customer support, got the ticket number but they never replied. Searching this forum I found the following questions with same issue:
https://community.se.com/t5/APC-UPS-for-Home-and-Office-Forum/Back-UPS-Pro-1500-Blinking-System-Even...
None of listed posts offer any solution to the problem other than confirming the issue is common. Is the whole series defective? Any next steps? Physical buzzer removal as someone suggested?
Thanks,
Vedran

Download and install APC Power Chute Software (PCPE) and connect it to a Windows computer system.
You may use this APC Resource Link:
https://www.apc.com/ca/en/product/SFPCPE31/software-powerchute-personal-edition-v3-1/
Once connected allow the error to persist than go into the PCPE application and report back what the software indicates as the problem.
NOTE: Provide a screen capture of the Event, Data tabs along with the window showing the voltage, battery, and connected load (watts).
