good day all, i have a APC Easy UPS On-Line, 6kVA/6kW, Tower UPS SYSTEM. when i tried to connect the load there was a spark on the power cable for supplying power to the ups. after that it can only start in COLD START now the problem is that its not detecting any incoming utility power.
