"System fault detected by surveillance"

Hello All,

Im new here.. I'm getting the above error in an APC SUVTP 20kva module. I traced out the raw data code to be. "00 02 02 00001038 00000000 000000000 01"

Please help me to find out what does this code say.

Hi,

Looks like that raw status decodes out to a DC-Bus voltage sensor fault. This will likely be a 'replace the module' type of failure. You should contact your local tech support team for assistance. If you do end up having that module replaced, ensure that UPS is in mechanical bypass, with all the batteries pulled out before swapping the module.
