installing SMX1500RM2uc with ap9641

Hello,

I am trying to install the network card for my smx1500rm2uc. I know the ip address for the network card (courtesy of free software on the net). I downloaded the latest firmware but it failed. The APC site said I need to use the SNS Tool to update the firmware.

What is the correct version for the tool so I can find it?

Maybe I'll recognize I had a senior moment and found it, so excuses in advance.

Yes, the reality is that to successfully update the NMC3 firmware, it is strongly recommended that you use the Secure NMC System (SNS) Tool for Windows. In other words, you can download the distribution package for free, install it on a Windows workstation that must have an internet connection and network access to your NMC3 card. After that, you can license your UPS with the NMC3 card for free and receive all firmware updates and patches free of charge for one year.
